Terms of Service

A short, readable contract: you buy credits, you spend them on individual services, and the results are yours to use commercially.

Last updated 1 August 2026

1. Agreement

These terms form a binding agreement between Untether AI Corp., 20 Toronto Street, Suite 600, Toronto, Ontario M5C 2B8, Canada, and the person or company that registers an account. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.

2. Accounts

An account is created at checkout together with your first credit purchase. There is no separate sign-up, no trial account and no demo tier.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your password (minimum eight characters) confidential, and for all activity performed under your account.

3. Credits and pricing

One credit costs €0.10. The minimum purchase is 50 credits, and credit volumes are sold in steps of 50 credits.

Credits are prepaid, denominated in euro, and do not expire on a monthly cycle. Prices shown in US dollar, pound sterling and Polish złoty are indicative conversions; the euro amount is the contractual price.

Credits carry no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and are not a payment instrument or electronic money.

4. Services

Each service — wood replacement, colour variations, finish studies, veneer matching, interior visualization, material collections, texture calibration and library onboarding — is purchased individually from your credit balance at the published credit price.

Credits are deducted when a job is submitted. If a job fails for technical reasons on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

5. Payment

Bank transfer is currently the only active payment method; bank details are emailed immediately after the order is placed. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and are not yet selectable.

Credits are released to your account after the payment is received. Until then the account dashboard remains locked and shows the order as awaiting payment.

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the imagery you upload. You receive a perpetual, worldwide, commercial licence to the visualizations generated for you, including catalogue, web, print and configurator use.

We retain all rights to the platform, the calibrated material library and the underlying models. You may not resell access to the platform itself.

7. Acceptable use

You may only upload imagery you own or are authorised to use. Prohibited behaviour is described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly availability excluding announced maintenance. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance and scheduled outside European business hours where possible.

9. Liability

Visualizations are a design aid, not a manufacturing guarantee. Physical wood varies by batch, and final material approval remains your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the credit value purchased in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, after notice where the breach allows it.

11. Governing law

The laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada apply, and the courts of Toronto have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights that require a different forum.
